1. Sat 28th Jan 10am-2.30pm 'a Meditation workshop'
Four meditation practices.
Japa; Breathing meditation; Chidakashya Vidya, Metta Bhavana.
2. Sat 25th Feb 10am-2.30pm 'Yoga Asana - alignment & enlightenment'
The emphasis will be on practicing the Yoga Asana from the profound and simple principles elucidated by Sri Patanjali. Steadiness, relaxatuion, meditation on the infinte.
3. Sat 24th March 10am-2.30pm 'The Science of Pranayama'
The workshop will be a practice session of the complete Pranayama's.
Attendee's should already be practicing at least Nadi Shodhana the alternate nostril breath.
4. Sat 23rd June 10am-2.30pm 'Ashtanga Primary series'
A led practice of the complete primary series with alternatives/adjustments.
Emphasis will be on lightness, the breath Ujjayi and inner peace.
Workshops on Yoga & Relaxation, as well as Yoga & Diet to follow.
