Yoga for the BACK is a series of exercises, often bearing some relation to Yoga postures but not exclusively, which are designed to improve the operation and movement of the spine.
As well as this is an emphasis on pelvic flexibility, strengthening of back muscles, abdominal muscles (known as Uddiyana Bandha in Yoga) and the pelvic floor (known as Moola Bandha in Yoga).
Depending on the group or individual exercises are divided into sets
1. Exercises during back pain.
2. Exercises for recuperation.
3. Exercises to prevent back pain.
