Namaste Ishwara! ........' I thank you so much for all the times I have so far been guided by you in the stages towards inner peace. I never thought I could move forward so far from the 10 years of despair in trying to survive depression, even though having medical assistance. I truly wonder at how my awareness of inner energy has been developed so I can really feel a positive power pulsing around my body. ......... I am really enjoying the Monday nights. I feel that the tranquility that I receive stays with me all week, and has really changed my view on life. I really didn't think that would happen after one hour per week! I am quite serious about practising daily. Thanks for your amazing peaceful energies in our sessions. Karen (2007)
Ish, ... I would like to pass on my thoughts. After our talk on Friday and subsequent course last night something clicked this morning. ........ Since you gave me the basic precepts for the Sivananda yoga such as right excercise, right relaxation etc, I can see were this Nidra fits in. I now also am beginning to understand its inportance in generating the right relaxation. I believe one effect of this practise has been my ability to enjoy a good nights sleep. I had been speaking to people about how well I had been sleeping this last few weeks but thought nothing more of it. Subsequently this weekend I slept terribly. I am also aware that I missed the Yoga Nidra class last week. Last night however I slept like a log. I found my son awake at the side of me this morning so even he didn't wake me last night. I am bordering on ecstatic this morning, hahahaha. Namaste Ji Lee
We find Yoga Nedra very life enhancing. It brings us to a level of total relaxation. The stresses and strains of everyday life ever increasing ... we find Neil's (Ishwara) class gives us a level of normality, a very restfull nights sleep and enables us to fully give of our best, with renewed vigour, for the rest of the week..
